Program Description and Research Focus
The program’s purpose is to provide a free public website designed to organize and make accessible the rich abundance of memoranda and similar resources issued by the top domestic and international law firms addressing a full range of topics including, but not limited to, legal, business, operational, regulatory, accounting, and governance issues. The website will support corporate board members, executives, regulators, policy makers, journalists, lawyers, scholars, and the broader corporate governance community.
Membership is priced at $5,000 per year. Affiliate agreements are renewed annually at the close of each calendar year.
Members will be allowed to upload and manage memoranda and other materials posted and indexed on the website. While some non-member memoranda may be indexed and posted on the website, only member materials will be subject to the search capabilities of the website as well as having live links back to the source material on the member’s own websites. In short, being a member allows for increased functionality and control over content on our website. Stanford will have final control over website content.
