Anna Mance is a Lecturer in Law at Stanford Law School. Prior to joining Stanford, Anna served as Global Counsel for BitPesa in Nairobi and practiced as a litigator at the Miami offices of Aballí Milne Kalil, P.A. focusing on transnational disputes, domestic and international fraud, RICO, civil theft litigation, and asset recovery. In addition to her legal practice, Anna was a Climate Fellow at NRDC, a researcher in Global Environmental Health at UC-Berkeley, and a Visiting Attorney at the Environmental Law Institute focusing on Post-Conflict Natural Resource Management. Anna received a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin, an M.S. from UC-Berkeley in Development Practice, and a J.D. from the University of Miami, where she co-founded the student Human Rights Organization, leading investigations into human rights violations in the Caribbean.
