Biography
Gurinder Sangha is a serial entrepreneur, attorney and academic who is at the forefront of incorporating new technologies into the legal services sector. He is the Founder and CEO of Lit IQ, which is using advances in computational linguistics to identify drafting errors in legal documents. Gurinder is also the Founder and former CEO Intelligize, which helps business professionals more easily research regulatory filings. Intelligize is one of the fastest growing legal technology companies in the US and counts as customers most of the AmLaw 100 law firms, three of the Big Four accounting firms and a quarter of the Fortune 500.
Gurinder teaches business law at the University of Pennsylvania Law School and also practiced securities law at Shearman & Sterling LLP and White & Case LLP. He earned his J.D. at the University of Pennsylvania Law School and received his B.A. in Economics and Commerce from the University of Toronto. He is a member in good standing with the New York State Bar Association.
