Irene Ng (Huang Ying) is a Senior Attorney (Singapore, New York) at CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz, where she is a member of the international corporate transactions team and Head of the Far East Asia Desk. Irene obtained her doctorate degree and LL.M. at the University of Vienna, where she wrote her doctoral thesis on the regulation of the legal profession in light of legal technology and her master’s thesis on contract drafting and artificial intelligence. She also serves as a Fellow at the Stanford-Vienna Transatlantic Technology Law Forum and Research Fellow at the Singapore Management University’s Centre for AI and Data Governance, and continues to research and publish in the fields of artificial intelligence, legal technology and e-commerce law.
