Biography
Julie joined Stanford Law School in February 2020 as a member of the External Relations Team and brings over a dozen years of major gift experience in support of scholarships, programs and research. Eager to serve with dedicated SLS colleagues, faculty and donors on behalf of the best and brightest law students, she looks forward to continuing the highest quality development work here at SLS.
Most recently, Julie was Senior Associate Director of Development for the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, and the school’s premier MD-PhD Program. In these roles, she established a reputation for building and maintaining strong relationships with distinguished alumni, faculty and colleagues. Prior to her non-profit career, Julie served for over a decade in business development and operations roles for a Fortune 500 financial institution.
Julie earned a M.A. from the University of Delaware, an Executive Certificate in Health Care Leadership & Management from the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School, and is working toward a CAP® Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy.
Having lived and worked in the mid-Atlantic for many years, she is very pleased to become a Californian and explore the wonders of the state, in particular, its many scenic and challenging golf courses.
