Katherine Wright joined Stanford Law School as a Teaching Fellow in 1990. She has taught Legal Research and Writing, Advanced Legal Writing: Transactions, Advanced Legal Writing: Litigation, and Federal Litigation.
Katherine received her B.A. in Political Science from Stanford University, where she graduated with distinction. She attended Hastings College of the Law, where she was awarded the Milton D. Greene Award as a top ten student in the class, and graduated from the University of California at Berkeley (Boalt Hall) in 1981, Order of the Coif.
Katherine externed for the Hon. Aubrey E. Robinson, Jr. of the District of Columbia and clerked for the Hon. Stanley A. Weigel of the Northern District of California. She joined Orrick Herrington as a litigation associate where she practiced employment and commercial law.
