Before joining O’Melveny, Matt attended law school at UC Berkeley’s Boalt Hall School of Law, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the California Law Review. Matt clerked for the Honorable Edward R. Becker, then-Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
