Nasrina Bargzie is Lecturer in Law at Stanford Law School and Counsel at Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP in Oakland. Nasrina was the Director of the Asian Law Caucus’s National Security and Civil Rights Program in San Francisco for five years before joining Stanford and BSF. Prior to that Nasrina was an Associate at BSF where she practiced complex commercial litigation. Nasrina was a 2-year Fellow at the American Civil Liberties Union’s National Security Project in New York City. And was a Law Clerk to the Honorable William A. Fletcher on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco. During law school Nasrina practiced in the International Human Rights Law Clinic and the California Asylum Representation Clinic. Nasrina holds a BS in Business Administration from California State University East Bay and received her JD from UC Berkeley School of Law.
