Nik Reed is a Fellow at the Stanford Center for Computers and Law (CodeX) and a co-founder of Ravel Law. Nik graduated from Stanford Law School in 2012, where his studies focused on Start-up/Venture Law and International Law. Nik was first introduced to business in the internet space as a research intern at Merrill Lynch working under Henry Blodget. He then worked in corporate strategy prior to attending law school with a focus on international M&A, and valuing start-ups pre-acquisition. During law school, Nik worked at Gunderson Dettmer learning about both fund formation and start-up transactions. Nik has a BA in International Relations from Stanford, and an MSc in Management from Hautes Etudes Commerciales Paris.
