Rebecca Wolitz’s scholarship focuses on various ethical and legal issues at the intersection of health law, corporate law, and intellectual property. She is particularly interested in issues regarding the pharmaceutical industry and the pricing of its products. Rebecca has published in the area of international clinical research ethics and held a pre-doctoral bioethics fellowship with the National Institutes of Health. Prior to joining the Center for Law and the Biosciences, Rebecca worked as a litigation associate in private practice. She is a Ph.D. Candidate in Philosophy at Yale, holds a J.D. from Yale Law School, an M.A. and M. Phil. from Yale, and a B.A. from Rutgers University.
