About Jackie Lem: Jackie Lem is a trial attorney in the San Francisco office of the United States Department of Justice, Antitrust Division. She works on both criminal and civil competition matters. Her recent cases have included international price fixing conspiracies in the automotive and electronics industries and merger investigations in the entertainment and gaming industries. Prior to joining the Justice Department, Ms. Lem served as a law clerk for the Honorable Marilyn Hall Patel, United States District Court for the Northern District of California. She received a JD from Stanford Law School and a PhD in economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
