Paul is an associate at Jones Day in San Francisco, in the Global Disputes practice area. His practice focuses on resolution of complex cross-border disputes and trade issues. Paul’s experience spans a wide range of fora, industries, and substantive legal regimes. He has represented clients in international commercial and investor-state arbitrations under ICC, ICDR, UNCITRAL, LCIA, and ICSID rules; in cross-border litigation in U.S. courts; and before U.S. regulators in matters relating to international commercial transactions.
