Lawyers have higher rates of mental illness and substance abuse than most other professionals. Why, and what can we do about it? Join the discussion with two experts: Journalist Eilene Zimmerman‘s ex-husband was a law firm partner who died from substance abuse, and she has a new book Smacked about her journey exploring these issues. And Patrick Krill is an attorney and licensed alcohol and drug counselor who advises law firms on these issues, and is the architect of the ABA Well-Being Pledge. Copies of Smacked will be available for purchase.
1 CLE credit for substance abuse/mental health issues.
