Every lawyer needs to understand the fundamentals of how boards work — whether you want to join a board, serve as General Counsel, advise as Outside Counsel, move into a business role or even regulate businesses in government. Please join Stanford Law School and Stanford Women on Boards for our Board Fundamentals webinar geared toward lawyers. We are honored that experienced board members Gail Harris, ’74, JD ’77 and Agnes Bundy Scanlan will lead this discussion and add their own personal experiences around being lawyers and serving on boards.
An MCLE one-hour General credit is offered for this program. As a CA Bar Association-certified MCLE credit provider, this program is eligible for credit in the state of California. Please check with your respective state Bar Association for credit eligibility.
