Through the lens of Stanford Law’s Clearinghouse on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Research, this Policy Lab workshop will introduce useful diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) resources, with a particular focus on cultural responsiveness and reflective practice.  Students will learn how to apply these resources for public policy and social problem-solving projects. The resulting framework for DEI and cultural responsiveness and reflective practices will not only help you better understand stakeholders, experts, and clients but also widen your perspective on the diverse world around us.

Taryn Marks, the Head of Research & Instructional Services at SLS, and Tirien Steinbach, our new Associate Dean for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, will lead this workshop.
