This educational event on California’s Gun Violence Restraining Order is meant to increase awareness around this important and underused tool to reduce gun deaths in our community. It should be of interest to family law and criminal law attorneys, domestic violence counselors, faith leaders, mental health professionals, social workers, law enforcement, families with people who own guns and anyone concerned with gun violence.
