Kathleen Lu is in-house counsel at Mapbox, a mapping platform for developers, where she supports the Mapbox team on IP, open data, and other law-related issues. Prior to Mapbox, Kathleen was an associate at Fenwick & West and Winston & Strawn. Kathleen will talk about her career path from Biglaw firms to being the third lawyer (and only litigator and IP/open data specialist) at a startup and the lessons she’s learned along the way.
