Please join the Rock Center for Corporate Governance for lunch and a conversation between Professor Colleen Honigsberg and Director Sam McClure. Topics of discussion will include Prof Honigsberg’s new role as faculty director at the Rock Center, the recent Silicon Valley Bank collapse, and other corporate governance updates, including recent SEC rulings, and Prof Honigsberg’s research and latest work. There will be an opportunity for student Q&A.
