Daniel Calhoun is a Senior Counsel in the Office of the Chief Counsel for Trade Enforcement and Compliance at the U.S. Department of Commerce. In that capacity, Mr. Calhoun advises Enforcement and Compliance on matters related to its administrative proceedings involving trade remedies. He has also contributed to legislative outreach efforts on behalf of his client and is actively involved in defending the interests of Enforcement and Compliance before the U.S. Court of International Trade, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the WTO Dispute Settlement Body. Prior to joining the Department of Commerce, Mr. Calhoun was an attorney in the International Trade practice group at Steptoe & Johnson LLP in Washington, D.C., and the Litigation practice group at Keating Muething & Klekamp PLL in Cincinnati, Ohio. He earned his B.A. and M.A. from Duke University and his J.D. from Stanford Law School. |
