This workshop brings art, creativity, and math together to help you harness data for law and policy research and advocacy. If you are new to quantitative analysis, you’ll learn basic techniques you can easily adapt to your research. If you are adept with quantitative thinking, you’ll appreciate the design principles that will help you communicate your data in a more effective way.
About the speaker
Keniel Yao is a Data Scientist in the Stanford Computational Policy Lab. His work focuses on identifying and addressing disparities in policing and prosecution. He is broadly interested in how today’s technology can address inequities and inefficiencies in public services.
