Please join the Stanford Federalist Society as we welcome Doctor John Etchemendy back to Stanford to discuss the threat of ideological conformity in higher education.  Doctor Etchemendy earned his PhD in philosophy from Stanford in 1982.  He returned in 2000 to serve as Stanford University’s twelfth Provost, stepping down on January 31, 2017.
