Please join us for a debate on net neutrality. The FCC’s Open Internet Order is one the agencies most revered and reviled actions. Our guests will discuss the status of lawsuits against the federal agency over the controversial order, the political machinery in Congress at loggerheads over legislation, and how similar net neutrality rules have impacted innovation across fifty countries. They will debate whether the FCC should stay the course or undo the Obama Administration’s rules on net neutrality. Our guests are: Roslyn Layton from the American Enterprise Institute and Corynne McSherry from the Electronic Frontier Foundation.
