DESCRIPTION:Join the Stanford International Law Society (ILS) for a moderated conversation and open Q&A with Dr. Paul Williams. Paul Williams is one of the world’s leading experts on international law\, peace negotiations\, and post-conflict constitution drafting. He has advised over two dozen peace negotiations and helped shape constitutions in countries emerging from conflict\, including Kosovo\, Libya\, and Ukraine. Currently the Rebecca Grazier Professor of Law and International Relations at American University\, he has dedicated his career to using law as a tool for building sustainable peace and preventing mass atrocities. Attendance is open to the entire Stanford Law School community.
