The Herman Phleger Visiting Professorship in Law is awarded annually to individuals of great distinction in the field of law and public, domestic or foreign affairs. Professor Curtis Milhaupt will discuss his work on national security and legal implications of Chinese investment in the United States, and Professor David Grewal will talk about his current research on legal regulation of the new biology.
