The New York Law Chapter invites you to a reception and talk with Michael Klausner, Nancy and Charles Munger Professor of Business and Professor of Law. Professor Klausner will discuss his new book and the Stanford Securities Litigation Analytics project. His forthcoming book, entitled Deals: The Economic Structure of Business Transactions, applies economic theory to the practice of structuring contracts. Stanford Securities Litigation Analytics is a web tool connected to a database on securities class actions and SEC enforcement actions. It allows insurers and lawyers to search detailed data on these cases and produce tabular and graphical reports.
