SLS alumnae are invited to join Stanford Women on Boards for this discussion featuring Linda Curtis, JD/MBA ’86; Anne Gates (serves on 3 public boards – Kroger (NYSE: KR), Tapestry (NYSE: TPR), and Raymond James (NYSE: RJF)); and Todd Hutchings, Managing Partner Egon Zehnder, Los Angeles/Palo Alto.

Discussion will be moderated by P.Y. Nicole Chang, JD/MBA ’95, and Deborah Medrano, MBA ’96.

Attendees will gain insights as to the terms and implications of California SB 826 (the California Women Directors Law), enacted into law in late 2018, which mandates gender diversity in the corporate boardroom for public companies based in California by the end of 2019. This timely discussion will also cover practical and tactical tools as to how women can best position themselves to be valuable candidates for companies seeking greater gender diversity on their boards.

Please RSVP by May 24.
