The Stanford Program in Law and Society’s spring event featured Professor Haksoo Ko, Seoul National University Law School (South Korea), Professor Ching-Fu Lin, National Tsing Hua University (Taiwan), Professor Michelle M. Mello, Stanford Law School and Stanford University Medical School, and Albert Gidari, Consulting Director of Privacy at the Stanford Center for Internet and Society. The speakers discussed the rule of law, privacy concerns, and other legal and ethical issues that arise from innovating against Covid-19.
