DESCRIPTION:Join the Rock Center for Corporate Governance for the next installment of Rock Center 50 Minutes\, a webinar series hosted by Kimathi Marangu. Designed for corporate directors and senior executives\, the series brings a governance perspective to timely developments in business\, technology\, and leadership. \nIn this installment\, Kimathi sits down on the Stanford campus with Spencer Keith Jones\, Stanford ’23 (MS&E) and small forward for the Denver Nuggets\, whose path to a full-time NBA roster spot has required him to keep earning the next step. Two weeks ago\, Spencer secured the largest fully guaranteed offer sheet ever signed by an undrafted player converted by a two-way contract. \nThat progression has forced Jones to think constantly about what translates at the next level\, where his skills fit\, and what a team of elite performers needs from him.
