Donna Ni
Donna Ni is an associate in the ESG & Impact Practice Group in the Bay Area office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. At Kirkland, Donna helped design an ESG diligence program for one of their major private equity clients, working closely with them to design a comprehensive program focused on specific factors they care about in their industry. Donna got her JD/MS in Environment and Resources from Stanford in 2019.
Jennifer Poh
Jennifer Poh is a counsel in Orrick’s ESG, Corporate Governance, Capital Markets practice group in the New York office. Prior to that, Jennifer was Senior Corporate Counsel at Maxeon Solar Technologies in Singapore, where she focused on SEC reporting and compliance, corporate governance, and capital markets, and the Associate Director of the Sustainable Finance Initiative in Hong Kong, an investor-led platform with a mission to mobilize private capital for positive impact. Jennifer began her career as an associate in the Capital Markets group of Latham & Watkins. Jennifer got her JD from Columbia in 2010.
Zack Lennox
Zack Lenox is an associate in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where his practice focuses on corporate and securities law, and on corporate governance in particular. Prior to joining Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, Zack worked in-house at Energy Recovery, Inc. Zack graduated from Harvard Law School in 2018.
