DESCRIPTION:Please join the Stanford Journal of Civil Rights and Civil Liberties (SJCRCL) for our keynote fall speaker event on September 30th at 12:45PM. SJCRCL’s co-editors in chief\, Tarina Ahuja and Samantha Taylor\, will be moderating a conversation with the Executive Director of the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of Northern California\, Abdi Soltani. Soltani is a graduate of Stanford University and has over three decades of experience in organizing and civil rights advocacy. Soltani has served as the executive director of the ACLU of Northern California since 2009.
