The Stanford Law & Business Association will be hosting Baker Botts partner Tom Biagio for a presentation on the role of the independent counsel in managing risks for today’s global business. Tom will draw on his experience as outside legal counsel to several global corporations to emphasize the need for leadership and ethics in business and corporate management, and provide a unique perspective on the role of the independent legal counsel in advising global businesses.
