Come learn about how law firms are in the game and working on renewable energy project finance. Mr. Ed Zaelke, a partner from the Los Angeles office of Chadbourne & Parke will discuss why law firms are investing in renewable energy, what they see as its long-term prospects and provide details about what the legal elements are in a renewable energy deal. Mr. Zaelke will also present a case study that examines the legal requirements and challenges involved in developing a 100 MW wind project in Pennsylvania. Mr. Zaelke focuses his practice on project development and finance, with a particular emphasis on representing companies engaged in the development, finance and operation of wind power, solar power and other alternative energy projects.
