SUMMARY:The Supreme Court: The Last Term\, the Next Term\, and the Future of the Court
DESCRIPTION:Join the Stanford Law Alumni Association and Cooley LLP for a discussion on the Supreme Court featuring faculty from Stanford Law’s Supreme Court Litigation Clinic and prominent Supreme Court advocates—Pamela Karlan\, Jeffrey Fisher\, and Brian Fletcher. The discussion will be moderated by Elizabeth Prelogar\, partner at Cooley and former Solicitor General of the United States. \nThe panel will examine the Court’s most consequential decisions from its recently concluded term before turning to cases in the upcoming term that are most likely to shape the future of constitutional law and public policy.
