The Stanford Chapter of the American Constitution Society (ACS) and the Stanford Immigration and Human Rights Law Association invite you to join us for a lunch discussion about Title 42 on January 19th. The conversation will discuss challenges to the Trump and Biden administrations’ use of Title 42 to prevent asylum-seekers from claiming asylum at the southern border.
