Silicon Valley Brawl Final Presentation

Now that the first wave of Silicon Valley Bank Zooms is behind us, it’s time for a deeper dive into longer-term litigation and public policy implications of SVB’s collapse. Join Stanford Law School professors Colleen Honigsberg, our only known law school professor with a PhD in accounting, and Joe Grundfest, a former SEC Commissioner, for a forward-looking post-mortem that explores: (1) the tangle of lawsuits that is sure to come; (2) how publicly traded companies might adapt treasury and disclosure policies; and (3) regulatory and accounting initiatives that might be implemented.
