What Just Happened: Will DACA Survive Supreme Court Scrutiny?

The Stanford Law School Immigrants’ Rights Clinic (IRC), Stanford Advocates for Immigrants’ Rights (SAIR), and El Centro Chicano y Latino will co-host a debrief following the November 12th oral arguments before the Supreme Court in DHS v. Regents of the University of California, the case which may determine the future of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA). Nicholas EspĂ­ritu from the National Immigration Law Center and Katrina Eiland from the ACLU Immigrants’ Rights Project will debrief the arguments, discuss possible outcomes, and explore the consequences of the Supreme Court’s pending decision.
