Jacqueline Kort

Biography
Jacqueline Kort serves as Associate Director of the Rock Center. In this role, she supports the planning, coordination, and execution of Rock Center program and research initiatives, with a particular focus on securities law, cybersecurity, and evolving technology. Jacqueline fosters engagement with Stanford Law School students by promoting mentorship opportunities and bringing together students and practitioners on key corporate governance issues. Jacqueline maintains strategic relationships with corporate affiliates and other key partners.
Prior to joining the Rock Center, Jacqueline was Associate General Counsel at Meta focused on safety and integrity matters. In that role, she advised on online safety and security, content regulations, and incorporating safety into product design. In addition to in-house counseling experience, Jacqueline was a litigation and investigations attorney at Cooley LLP in Palo Alto and White & Case LLP in their Washington DC office. Jacqueline received her B.A. in Political Economy from Georgetown University and graduated Order of the Coif from American University, Washington College of Law.
Jacqueline lives in Menlo Park with her husband and four children.
