His prior work has touched a variety of LGBTQ+ rights topics\, including marriage equality\, protections for people with HIV\, and the rights of LGBTQ+ service members and veterans. His litigation experience has included Supreme Court advocacy\, including work on the landmark cases of Romer v. Evans and Lawrence v.
