DESCRIPTION:The Brussels Effect of EU content moderation laws on U.S.-based online speech platforms. \nJoin Jordan Smith\, a fellow at the Stanford Program in Law\, Science & Technology\, for a presentation on the “Brussels Effect” – the phenomenon of European regulations influencing how U.S. companies choose to operate and how U.S. legislators craft laws.
