Dan Reicher, professor of the practice of law and executive director of Stanford University’s Steyer-Taylor Center for Energy Policy and Finance, today testified before the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee on legislation to create the Clean Energy Deployment Administration (CEDA) as contained in Title I, Subtitle A of the American Clean Energy Leadership Act of 2009.

CEDA would help accelerate the commercialization of innovative energy technologies.
