Andrew Moore (’20), Edward Crouse (’21), Inesha Premaratne (’21), Emily Hawley (’20), Chris Bello (’21), Christie Wan (’21), Alyssa Martinez (20), and Katelyn Masket (’21), researched the perpetration of atrocity crimes and other violations in Guatemala, El Salvador, Thailand, Philippines, Iraq, and Colombia that may constitute a basis for imposing sanctions under the Global Magnisky Act. These country reports and databases of potential perpetrators were produced for Human Rights First and will assist in their work to ensure the United States utilizes its laws to prevent, redress, and deter the world’s worst crimes.
