Two advanced clinical students, Savannah Haynes (’19) and Hyatt Mustefa (’19), contributed to litigation involving the forced sterilization of indigenous women in Canada. They produced individual country reports and poured over comparative case law from over 50 countries in support of the International Justice Resource Center’s presentation to the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights.
