Chelsea Manning has refused for the second time to testify before a grand jury investigating Julian Assange and Wikileaks. Students from the Stanford Law School International Human Rights and Conflict Resolution Clinic observed Ms. Manning’s sentencing hearing before Judge Anthony Trenga in the Eastern District of Virginia on Thursday, May 16.
