Pamela S. Karlan, Kenneth and Harle Montgomery Professor of Public Interest Law and co- director of the Supreme Court Litigation Clinic, was appointed in December to the American Constitution Society’s (ACS) Board of Directors, the premier national progressive legal organization.

Karlan was also named on the 2016 Politico 50, Politico’s list of 50 “thinkers, doers, and visionaries transforming American politics” for her extensive work and experience with civil rights and voting rights.
