Joseph A. Grundfest, JD ’78, W. A. Franke Professor of Law and Business and senior faculty at the Rock Center for Corporate Governance, is among the inaugural faculty for the new Stanford Center for Blockchain Research. The center will focus on research into and understanding of this new technology that has the potential to fundamentally change how people and companies make deals and complete financial transactions over the internet.
