Managing Intellectual Property named him “IP Thought Leader of the Year” for the years 2012 and 2013 and recognized him as one of the most influential people in the IP industry worldwide for the year 2012 due to his key role on many of the most important IP cases and topics of our time. And he was once again included on the Superlawyers.com “Top 100 Northern California Super Lawyers 2012 List.” He was also elected as a member of The American Law Institute (ALI). Lemley’s accomplishments continued in 2013 when he was named “Lawyer of the Year 2013: Litigation – Patent – San Francisco” by Best Lawyers.
