Adam Kolber’s Neuroethics and Law blog has an interesting post from Barbara Bottalico, an Italian scholar, on the Albertani case. She has looked at the documents from the case and adds some perspective.  Kolber/Bottalico.  Well worth a look.

As, in general, is Adam’s blog, the best one I know of in the neuroethics and law field.  The Neuroethics Blog, a joint effort of the International Neuroethics Society and four centers at  Oxford, though still developing, is also worth keeping an eye on.
