Degree Audit for JD Students
Follow the steps below:

Below are the links to the J.D. self-audit form and course summary grids. These grids list the courses that fulfill specific graduation requirements. Please review this information carefully and complete the appropriate self-audit form. It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet all your graduation requirements for the conferral of your degree.

J.D. Graduation Unit Limitation
2. Refer to Stanford’s New My Academic Path (MAP) System.
MAP can be used to check degree progress. After logging into the tool, you can view your completed courses, run a detailed progress report towards graduation, monitor your milestones, set a path to degree conferral, and more.
3. Follow up with any questions only AFTER you have completed your JD Self-Audit form and viewed your MAP progress.

Applying to Graduate
In order to be eligible to graduate from Stanford Law School, you must file a “Graduation Application” form in Axess. The official application deadlines are set by the University and listed in the Stanford Academic Calendar. Please see the following information on Applying to Graduate.

SLS Graduation Ceremony
Commencement information can be found at commencement.stanford.edu. The Office of Student Affairs can answer questions regarding the SLS graduation ceremony. Contact information for the Office of Student Affairs is available on the OSA website.
