This is a topic that the CLB has followed and, in fact, I am one of about 25 speakers at this TEDx extravaganza at the headquarters of the National Geographic Society in Washington, D.C.  The event runs from 8:00 am to 5:00 on Friday, March 15.  If you can’t make it to the NGS headquarters, it is being webcast live.  Go here for details.
