On Friday October 2, 2015 between 1-4pm, the City of Palo Alto will host a summit on Ending Chronic Veteran Homelessness in Santa Clara County.  Despite being the home to Silicon Valley (and Stanford), and experiencing enormous wealth, Santa Clara County has the highest proportion of unsheltered homeless veterans in the country.

The event will include a keynote from Col. Nicole Malachowski (USAF), Executive Director of the White House initiative Joining Forces.  Learn more about the event, including information about how to RSVP.
